Spent a lovely day in Spearfish South Dakota
Found a nice dog park for the girls

Since we were by ourselves, we put the dogs in the small dog area first. After investigating it all, we tried the large dog area. Very nice with lots of green grass. It's very well kept.

 

Happy hot dogs!

 

 

Took the dogs back to the air conditioned RV while we went to Steerfish Grill to have an early dinner.

Love the hours

After a morning dip in the Yellowstone River, we head east, going from Montana to Wyoming to South Dakota

 

The clouds were beautiful to look at but brought a lot of thunder, lightning and wind.

Day 2, June 8th

                                          Big Sky Montana

Spending the night at Pelican Fishing Access on the Yellowstone River outside of Greycliff, MT

 

 The girls finally get to go swimming, in the Yellowstone River. They loved it!

Shortly after the girls came in from swimming, we had a wild thunder storm, lightning and rain, with heavy winds. Shelby was scared and Callie barked obsessively.

After a final trip to our storage shed, we hit the road, June 6th. Off on our wild 9 month adventure. Come along with us and enjoy the sights but pack lite, no toothbrush required.
