After leaving Spearfish South Dakota, we continued on in the heat to Mitchell South Dakota

Along the way we saw many convoys of National Guard out for their week-end drill

Not easy to see, but there is a group of Navy? training in the Missouri River

At the rest top at the top of this hill overlooking the Missouri River, we found a boat transport from Maine to Seattle

Spent the night in Mitchell South Dakota. Leaving the next day we drove by the Corn Palace.
2 years ago on our last visit here they were renovated the theme. It's now an homage to Rock and Roll.

We hope you all know the corn palace is decorated with varieties of corn
