Friday continues

It's a real rainy day, but the fair always arranges to have a corn feed. The corn is shucked by volunteers. 200 to 300 ears can be cooked at one time depending on the size of the ear. Each bucket holds 36 ears. Everyone was willing to stand in the rain to get their free ear of corn.

Horse in the background is a 3 year old female weight about 1900 pounds, the 2 in the foreground are 5 months old
Grooming a Percheron requires a step-stool and hair spray, hoof polish and tail scrunches

A most unusual coat, looks like snowflakes
