A Day Trip to Victoria by the Sea, PEI

The village of Victoria, tucked neatly on the south shore of the Island of PEI, halfway between Charlottetown and Summerside, was founded in 1819.

The dogs take a dip before we go to lunch.

Lunch on the Wharf

Time for a little shopping.

Typical Victoria by the Sea house with well manicured lawns and gardens.

A Silversmith with a Wheaten in residence.

Meet 10 year old male Roxy.

The tide is out and everyone walks the flats.

Here it's deep enough for the girls to swim.

Time to head back to our RV. Victoria by the Sea was on the Red Sands Route.

More potato fields in bloom. It's hard to tell but the blooms are purple.
